The Hotel La Vela, property of the Consalvo family, is set in the characteristic village of Pioppi, which has been awarded with the European “Blue Flag” and is located on the sea shore. Surrounded by hills where the Mediterranean vegetation reigns supreme, enriched by century old olive trees, the Hotel is 10 minutes away by car from the Scavi di Velia site, which has been declared UNESCO Heritage.
In this environment the Mediterranean Diet was born, and it is what inspires the culinary tradition of the Hotel La Vela. It is an oasis of privacy and elegance which permits to enjoy a regenerating and relaxing vacation. The sand beach a few meters away from the Hotel is reserved for clients.
